DarGlobal and the Trump Organization a Global Alliance
Dar Global has emerged as the Trump Organization’s most significant foreign partner, anchoring several high-profile luxury real estate ventures across the Gulf. Based in Dubai and listed on the London Stock Exchange, Dar Global is the international arm of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan.
Their collaboration with Trump spans multiple countries: in Dubai, they are launching a Trump Tower featuring a branded hotel and ultra-luxury residences. In Saudi Arabia, they have agreed to develop another Trump Tower in Jeddah — cementing their deepening business ties.
Most recently, Dar Global played a central role in the announcement of Trump International Golf Club and villa community in Qatar’s Simaisma masterplan. On approximately 790,000 m², the project includes an 18-hole Trump golf course, clubhouse, and beachfront villas. The development is part of a broader 8 million m² coastal transformation led by Qatari Diar that will also include a theme park, marina, retail, and dining zones.
For the Trump Organization, the licensing deals with Dar Global are strategically valuable: they allow global brand expansion without direct capital outlay, while giving Dar Global cachet and access to premium-brand real estate. For Dar Global, the Trump name helps differentiate its ultra-luxury portfolio in a crowded Gulf market.
Through these partnerships, Dar Global is not just a developer — it has become a key vehicle for the Trump Organization’s international luxury ambitions.
